The Public Service Commission has unveiled new standards to improve how sexual harassment cases are handled, detailing the circumstances under which complainants can expect to receive legal support.

Public Service Minister Judith Collins said the Your Complaint, Your Rights standard would help ensure complainants were better supported and treated with dignity.
