Alexander Taylor has been a recipient of cover from the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). He has also assisted other claimants in their dealings with ACC.

For many years, Taylor has taken issue with the way that ACC collects levies for the Earners’ Account, as outlined in ss 218 – 227 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001 (the Act) on schedular payments.
