If the graduates can’t figure this out, how are they going to figure out the practice of law? From what I have observed of the younger generation of lawyers what they want is for someone to give them the answer, so they don’t have to use their brains and think for themselves.
Now I’m not saying all new lawyers are as I have said above, but in my opinion a significant number are.
It seems to me that this inability to think is perpetuated by the Universities who are more interested on “bums on seats” than providing a quality education. The various Law liberis contan a wealth of knowledge yet throughout the semewstur are largely unsed by law students
