Judge seeks injunction and judicial review to delay inquiry into her conduct

District Court Judge Ema Aitken has applied for a judicial review of moves by the Judicial Conduct Commissioner to appoint an expert panel to examine whether her conduct at a Northern Club function last November warrants consideration of her removal from the bench.
