and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our legal team in Manukau, Auckland. In this full-time role,
you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of family and civil litigation cases.
You will
1. Represent clients in court proceedings, including family law and civil litigation matters
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build robust cases
3. Dra high-quality pleadings, affidavits, and submissions
4. Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients
5. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients
6. Collaborate with the wider legal team to ensure efficient and effective case management
You have
1. 6+ years of post-qualification on experience in family law and civil litigation
2. A proven track record of successfully representing clients in court proceedings
3. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to explain complex legal
concepts in a clear and accessible manner
5. A desire to grow your practice and build relationships
